You will be sent up to 6 customised, no-obligation quotes for each of your service/product requests.

We will send your 6 customised quotes direct to your inbox.

I haven't finalised the details of my project yet
If you haven't finalised the details of your project simply fill in our Quick Quote form and one of our Buyer Advisors will be in contact. Part of our service to you is to help you make the best buying decision by guiding you through finalising your project.

Can I set a time to provide further details?
Of course, we are here to help you so if you prefer you can request a call back from our Buyer Advisors for a more convenient time.

I requested a call back but no one has got in contact with me

I no longer want to receive quotes, what do I do?
You are free to cancel your project at any stage, so if you no longer want to receive your customised quotes let your Buyer Advisor know and we will stop promoting your project. If at any time you wish to re-start the project just let us know!

Our no-obligation quote generation service is completely free; we do not charge a penny to our buyers!

How does Quote Bean qualify leads?
Quote Bean has a strict verification process; we only consider a lead as "qualified" when we are sure that the buyer has a genuine requirement for services/products. As part of our lead generation service we take the time to carefully match the requirements of a lead with the abilities of our suppliers, ensuring that you will never be provided leads for projects which you are unable to fulfil.

How do I choose the leads that I want?
Once you have entered the details of your business in our Supplier Directory you can switch on our lead generation service for the indexes that you are interested in.

How much do the leads cost?
Quote Bean is committed to providing lead generation services to suit all supplier budgets, and our leads are priced in accordance with the nature of the service required, lead budget and project timescales. We also have a range of low priced packages specially created for suppliers that are new to lead generation marketing, providing them with the opportunity to gain experience at a much lower cost.

How will I receive the leads?
You will receive confirmation of all new qualified leads via an email providing basic lead details. In order to view the full lead details, you will need to log into your Supplier Portal via our parent company Mercardo Online

What if I want to stop receiving leads?
Our flexible lead generation service is designed to fit in with the requirements of you and your business, so you can turn the service off whenever you like. Simply send us an email or give us a call to let us know, and don’t forget to tell us when you would like to switch the service back on.

How do I pay for the leads?
All new suppliers are initially required to pay for leads in advance; you simply choose how many you would like to be billed for. Once you have developed your credit history with us, we will be more than happy to discuss providing you with leads on an account basis.

I've succeeded in winning business from a lead; will Quote Bean charge me extra?
Quote Bean has a strict policy of not charging additional fees or commission for work which you have genuinely won through our lead generation service.

How do I register the details of my business?
All you need to do is complete our Supplier sign up form . Once your details have been registered with our parent company Mercardo Online you will be sent secure login details so that you can start developing your online portfolio.

Absolutely! If your expertise covers more than one index you can increase your chances of winning new business by adding your details into multiple indexes.

Becoming a featured supplier is easy; all you need to do is keep your Micro Site updated with your valuable content such as Case Studies, Projects and contact details. To encourage our suppliers to maximise the marketing potential of their Micro Sites, Quote Bean features suppliers based on recent updates and additions to Supplier Profiles.
